George Pendarves

George joined the group as legal and commercial director in 2019. Prior to this, George spent ten years as a corporate lawyer at a city firm in London, specialising in all aspects of corporate finance and M&A. He is a member of the executive team and sits on the board of directors. George works closely with the board and is tasked with developing and implementing the group’s acquisition strategy.

George is married to Gosia and is a proud father to 2 young daughters. Outside of work and family life, George enjoys horses and gardening.
